The machines have loading trays with a dimension of 2500mm x 820mm, and a payload of 400Kg per tray.
The machines storage concept is based on a fixed-pitch, meaning we space the tray support brackets to suit the product.
Once this is configured (to suit items, i.e. 20 off trays at 150mm, 20 off trays at 300mm etc.) the tray always returns to the same storage position.
If a taller item is mistakenly put on the tray, it will reject it.
In this way, it is possible to gain the highest capacity in the machines.
