Essential Maintenance Contract
The Essential package is ideal for carousels and VLMs that are not utilised every day with light use, or when budget is the limiting factor.
Our Essential package satisfies the legal requirement under The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). We ensure that your carousel or VLM is safe for use, protecting your employees, and ensure the smooth operation of the machinery to minimise downtime. This package includes our guaranteed response time and preferential call out fee.
Classic Maintenance Contract
Our Classic package provides the same level of cover as our Essential package, with the addition of an extra service visit per annum.
We would recommend this package for any storage carousel or VLM that is in use daily. With a heavier workload on the machine, the additional service visit aids with the performance and efficiency of the machine, and potential problems are discovered before they can develop further. This package includes our guaranteed response time and preferential call out fee.
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract
Our Comprehensive package offers the same level of cover as our Classic Maintenance contract, with the added bonus. that includes unlimited call outs to your storage carousel or VLM.
This is ideal for companies who have rigid budget requirements, and do not want to incur unexpected running costs.
